Knowledgeable and Friendly ReservationistsOur reservationists are first trained in listening. They are then required to view and make notations about each property in our program. Our inventory of homes are managed from three offices, and our reservationists are cross-trained in all three areas. When the phone rings at Stan White, all staff members in Property Management can make a reservation. We are complimented constantly on our friendly, knowledgeable assistance. We feel that Stan Whites Team is unique in this first contact with potential guests and they agree.

Express Check-In
Guests arriving in our Nags Head office on Saturdays find check-in day a new experience. They simply drive by our Express Welcome Center, receive their keys and directions, and drive on to begin their long awaited vacation.
Welcome Tote
Each guest receives a canvas Welcome Tote at check-in compliments of the homeowner.
Courtesy CallerA call is placed to each guest on the day after their arrival. They are welcomed to the Outer Banks and Stan White Realty & Construction, Inc. If there is anything that needs attention, the courtesy caller informs the rental manager.
Concierge Services Includes but is not limited to: maid service, golfing and fishing assistance, wedding and reunion coordination, catering, linen and beach essentials, skilled maintenance technicians, restaurant guides, Lost Colony reservation assistance, and area activity information.
